Can I just come one day a week?

We require the minimum of a 2-day attendance commitment per week for full-day participants, and a 3-day minimum for half-day participants.  This allows the member to remain adjusted to the program and receive the maximum benefit from participation and activities.

Do you provide transportation?

We currently offer transportation within a 10-mile radius for our enrolled veterans and private pay clients.  We can assist those on Medicaid Waivers by coordinating transportation services provided by Verida.

Do I have to pay for the days that I miss?

Yes.  Tuition is based on a weekly rate that must be paid prior to services being rendered.  If a member is absent, they are still responsible for payment unless otherwise noted and approved by the Director.  If appropriate notice of the absence is given, an alternate day can be scheduled to replace the day missed but must be used by the end of the following month and can only be scheduled and approved by the Director since it is based on availability and other factors.

How many hours can my loved one be there during the day?

We are open from 8am until 5pm, Monday thru Friday.  Private-Pay members are allowed to be at the facility for no more than 8 hours per day without incurring additional fees.

Can my loved one stay for just a few hours a day?

We do not provide hourly attendance at this time.  We have found that when members are here for only a few hours a day, they are unable to reap the full benefits of being able to participate in many of the activities, and at times feel rushed and/or frustrated.  Also, they are unable to establish a healthy connection with peers and staff if only present a few hours here and there.  However, we do offer a part-time rate for attendance less than five (5) hours per day with a minimum three (3) day commitment per week.
